单片机控制钼条垂熔

摘要 介绍一种钼条垂熔的单片机自动控制系统。该系统控制电路由MCS-51单片机构成,主电路电流调节由双向晶闸管实现。该系统能自动模拟钼条垂熔工艺过程中电流的变化规律,对系统垂熔电流进行跟踪调节,保证在整个工作过程中垂熔电流随指定曲线进行变化。垂熔过程结束后可自动停机,并给出指示信号。垂熔过程中一旦发生断条,系统可自动关闭主电路,给出所条故障报警信号。系统运行表明,系统工作安全可靠,抗干扰能力强,完全可以取代现有设备。 Introduces a single-Chip micrcomputer automatic control system of molybdenum bar vertical sinter. The control circuit of the system is composed of MCS-51 singlechip microcomputer,and the regulation of current in the main circuit is realized by a twoway thyristor. The system can automatically imitate the changing rule of the current in the craft of molybdenum bar vertical sinter,make the vertical sintering current of the system follow the tracks of set rule,ensure that molybdenum bar vertical sintering current with the set curve of current stop automatically when vertical sintering process ends,and put forward instruction signal. Once the molybdenum bar breaks in vertical sintering process,the system can switch off the main circuit automatically,reset the control circuit,and put forward warning signal of breaking bar fault. Its operation shows that,the system works safely and reliably,its capability of anti-interference is high enough to replace present equipments.
