摘要
近年来浅海和滩涂养虾业发展很快,有些虾池养殖密度及投放饵料不合理,底质“老化”问题特别突出,直接影响虾产量。底质中硫的变化是“老化”的症结所在,目前国内尚缺乏这方面的研究报道。本文对硫的存在形态及其变化进行探讨,着重讨论对生物毒害最大的酸溶硫化物(含H_2S)。
This paper discussed the form and variation of sulfate, sulfide (containing H2S), and sulfur caused by the environmental factors such as the organic matter and Fe3+/Fe2+ in the sediment of the shrimp culture pond. The results show that: Fe3+/Fe2+ and SO2-4 are in positive correlation, while Fe3+/Fe2+ and S2- in negative correlation; the organic matter is in positive correlation with S2-, while in negative correlation with Fe3+/Fe2+, the correlation coefficients being 0.60 and -0.72 respectively. Thus, it is clear that the major reason why the environment in the sediment of the shrimp culture pond deteriorates is the large amount of sulfur caused by surplus organic matter.
