摘要
通过理论分析及实验研究，提出了一种新的比相原理。利用该比相原理设计的单啮仪不仅能进行动态测量，而且能进行静态测量，输出定标后，精度可达±２．６″。
On the basis of theoretical analysis and repented experirnents,gives a new phasemeasuring theory,With the use of this theory,the single-flank composite error tester can be usedon static and dynamic measurements.The tester is accurated to±2.6″。
