摘要
介绍了一种以PIC16C57新型单片机为核心的差动电容传感器的检测电路,并进行了误差分析。该电路以时间基准代替了以往的电压或电流基准,提高了检测精度,由于采用了单片机,可对电容传感器及前级的机械量、热工量等传递转换环节进行非线性校正,并可直接将模拟量转换为数字量显示或输出,该电路也可用于差动电阻传感器。
Introduces a detecting circuit of the intelligence difrerential sensor based on a new kind ofmonolithic processor PIC16C57,and then gives the error analyses,By appling this circuit usingtime datum instead of voltage or current datum,improves the precision of measuring.Because ofusing monolithic processor,we can go on the non-linear correction for the capacitance sensor andthose preceding parts,and directly change analog signals into digital signals to display and output。The circuit can also be used for the differential resistance sensors.
