摘要
笔者研制开发了一套网络版的高校科研管理信息系统 ,不仅满足了科研管理的一般需要 ,而且可以通过校园网向校内各部门发布、收集、交流信息 ,通过Internet与上级有关部门传送报表、文件等 ,与其他兄弟院校交流信息 ,适应了当今信息社会发展的需要 ,具有一定的现实意义。该系统设计新颖 ,功能齐全 ,界面友好 ,使用方便 ,本文对其基本结构和功能作了介绍。
Author developed a meshwork version management information system of university science research, it satisfied generic need of science research, every department issues information, and collects sheet, and partakes resource by CWIS(Campus-Wide Information Systems)not only, and superior superintend department reciprocally transmitted report or file, and other university exchanges information with the Internet. It accommodated need of nowadays information world, this is definite practical meaning. The systems is design novelty, and function is full, and interface surface is friendly, and use is facility. This paper expatiated basis and function.
