摘要
在国际上 ,兼并收购是风险投资成功退出最常用的渠道 ,它也是目前我国风险投资退出的可操作的渠道。我们经过案例研究 ,总结了我国民营高科技企业与上市公司之间兼并收购的五种主要模式。最后我们对兼并收购渠道提出了三点政策建议。
Mergers and acquisitions(M&A)represent the most common type of successful exit for venture capital internationally. M&A is also an operational exit form in China. We study a number of cases between the companies listed and the private high-tech companies in China, and five main modes of M&A are summed up. At last, we give three proposals relating to M&A.
