摘要
本文通过调查苏南部分民营科技企业技术创新和制度创新的现状 ,分析了它们的发展方式及创新策略 ,就其在新形势下受到的挑战和发展中遇到的问题进行了探讨和归纳。
The articleanalyzes developingmodes and innovation strategies of some non-state technology enterprises in south Jiangsu provence through investigating actuality of their innovations in technology and system, then discusses and concludes the challenges in new position and problems in process of development which the non-state technology enterprises shall be facing.
