摘要
本文从技术、市场、制度等三个方面 ,分别对制约产业主体技术吸纳能力的外部环境变量进行了客观地剖析 ,并系统论证了各种环境变量之间的辩证关系。为后进地区产业主体提高自身的技术吸纳能力提供基本思路。
The article explains the variables limiting industrial obsorptivity from technology, market and system respectively, and the above mentioned variables as well. Thus, a basic thought of improving the technical obsorptiviey for underdevelopes regions is offered.
