摘要 在大气气氛下生长了高光学质量的晶体 Gd0 .37Y0 .6 3Ca4O(BO3) 3(Gd YCOB) ;测量了 Gd YCOB晶体的非临界相位匹配三倍频转换效率 ;分析了 Gd YCOB晶体中色心等缺陷对三倍频转换效率的影响并提出了消除色心的途径。 High-quality Gd0.37Y0.63Ca4O (BO3)3 (GdYCOB) crystal was grown for the first time in atmosphere. The conversion efficiency of noncritical phase-matching (NCPM) third-harmonic-generation (THG) of GdYCOB crystal was measured. The effect of color center on the THG conversion efficiency of GdYCOB crystal was analyzed. The approach to grow high-quality GdYCOB crystal without color center defects was put forward.
