摘要
PY(0.5)遥控跑车起重系统齿轮、摩擦卷筒和握索板早期损坏,起重量达不到额定指标等故障,是由于齿轮参数及传动结构不当造成的.本文探讨其故障机理,并通过对提升作业的分析,提出合理的载荷系数S,由此选择齿轮模数m和传动比i以及力学条件较好的传动结构.
The early damage in lifting system of PY(-0.5)Tetecontrolled racing crane was mainly caused by inappropriate design of parameters and transmission structure of the gear.Based on the analysis of breakdown mechanism and lifting operation,an improved design for fixing the breakdown was presented here by setting a better transmission structure with proper load factor,number of pattern plates (m)and drive ratio (i) and stronger mechanic strength.
