摘要
论述了污水排海工程初始稀释设计的基本原理,发展和改进了初始稀释设计准则,提出用S_(m90)作为设计初始稀释度特征值,给出了S_m的频率分析及S_(m90)的确定方法和工程实例。
The design philosophy of initial dilution of sea outfalls is described.The design criterions for initial dilution are developed and completed.The Sm90 is suggested to be taken as the characteristic value of the design initial dilution The method for frequency analysis of Sm and for determining Sm90 are presented with an amplication example.
