摘要
本文基于可靠性战略联盟分析法的基本思想 ,分析了战略与结构的关系 ,建立了联盟伙伴选择的评价指标体系 ,利用目标优化决策理论构造了定量决策分析模型 ,为合作战略选择分析提供了一个框架。
The key step in the formation of strategic alliance are the decision making on strategy-structure choice and a quantitative decision making model on partner selection. In this paper using a economic benefits——corporate costs analyses the relationship between strategy, structure and organizational performance and establishing a quantitative decision making model on partner selection by using the essential conception and the index system of the reliable strategic alliances case analysis method based on the of multi-objective optimal decision. This analysis serves to integrate work in strategic management and provides a framework for analyzing corporate strategy choice.
