摘要
面对西部大开发、长江中上游经济开发、中国“入世”和我国市场经济的全面启动 ,以万州区为中心的三峡腹地经济区 ,应着力发挥其在西部对东部和国际开放的“窗口”作用。将三峡腹地发展为商贸旅游区 ,是该区域发挥优势、消减各主要制约因素的最佳战略选择。建议将万州区设置为内陆国际自由贸易区。
Facing the development of west China,the entering into WTO,and the full-scale start-up of Chinese market economy, Wanzhou district which is the centre of the economic zone of the Three-Gorges hinterland should manage to play the “window”role to east China and the opening to the foreign countries. It is the best strategical choice to develop local advantages and to clear up the primary restricted factors that we develop the Three-Gorges hinterland into a commerce trade tour zone.We suggest that Wanzhou district should be established as a international free trade zone.
