摘要
本文针对我国现阶段风险资本退出障碍 ,在分析国外二板市场发展新趋势基础上 ,以创新务实的精神提出并剖析了我国“以三板促二板”的发展途径 ,为尽快培育我国大陆二板市场 ,完善多层次风险资本市场体系 ,有效实施西部大开发战略 ,加快高技术产业发展 ,提供了理论和决策依据。
Against the withdraw obstacles of venture capital in our country, this dissertation has brought out and analyzed the developing model of “Developing Secondary Board Market by constructing Third Board Market”which mainly based on the analysis of the new tendency of international Secondary Board Market. After it, authors proposed some theoretical and decision-making grounds for developing Secondary Board Market, improving multi-leveled venture capital market system, carrying out our national strategy of developing western country, and strengthening the power of supporting Hi-tech Industry in our country.
