摘要
加入WTO将对中国金融业产生强烈冲击 ,使大批高素质金融人才流失并可能导致中国金融业人才危机。中国必须从战略高度来认识加入WTO后金融人才流失问题 ,并尽快采取相应措施来调整中国金融人才战略。
That China joins WTO will strongly lash China's financial industries, specially make China lose large quantities of high quality financial talents and then probably lead to talent crisis in financial industries. China should strategically realize the problems of loss of financial talents after joining WTO and take some countermeasures to adjust China's financial industries strategy as soon as possible.
