摘要
本实验利用酶解技术得到单个体细胞,较详细地研究了不同温度、光照强度对体细胞分化发育的影响,从而确定出体细胞培养的最佳条件,为进一步利用条斑紫菜体细胞育苗这一新技术打下了基础。
Study on the effects of different temperature and intensity of light on the differentiation and development of somatic cells in Porphyra yezoensis showed that there are two ways of the developments of the somatic cells: 1) forming directly single cell seedlings; 2) dividing firstly into cell aggregates and then releasing spores to germinate into sporelings. Changes of the ratio of cell aggregates and seedlings or sporelings as. well as the growth of seedlings or sporelings are ptudied to find out the optimums temperature and intensity of linght for cell culture and further more for breeding with somatic cells in Porphyra yezoensis.
