摘要
企业是实现科技与经济结合的主体，而实现科技与经济的良性循环要求企业实施人本管理。企业如何在科技与经济的动态结合中实施人本管理呢？本文提出了三个基本观点：科学管理造就第一流工人，人力资本投资成就了经理革命，知识资本成就知识英雄。
Enterprise is a main body in realizing the union of science and technology and economy. The realization of the good recycle of science and technology and economy demands that human－ oriented management is conducted in enterprises. How does an enterprise conduct human－ oriented management in the dynamic union of science and technology and economy? The paper suggests three basic points of view: scientific management develops the first－ class labours,investment in human capital brings up managers' revolution, and knowledge capital develops knowledge heroes.
