摘要
中国的贫困问题依然很严重，并在现实中呈现出多种贫困问题并存的格局；同时指出现阶段中国的致贫因素异常复杂，并提醒可能出现与经济发展反向运动的现象；进而建议将反贫困战略纳入国家中、长期发展规划，尽快调整国家的社会经济发展战略，强化对收入分配领域的国家干预，建立和完善社会保障体系及其他配套政策，以进一步缓解中国的贫困问题。
： The paper puts it out that the poverty problem is still serious in China. And in fact now there emerges a pattern of co－ existence of all kinds of poverty problems. Meanwhile, it points out that at the present stage of China, the poverty－ causing factors are unusually complex and it warns that there may arise phenomena acting against the orientation of the economic development. After that, the paper suggests that in an effort to relieve the poverty in China, we should adapt the strategy of anti－ poverty in the national middle and long term development plan, adjust the social economic development strategies as soon as possible, strengthen the state intervention on the income distribution, and establish and improve the social security system and other necessary polices.
