摘要
实验结果表明:PEP羧激酶在海带体内有较高的羧化活性。PEP羧化酶和苹果酸酶等与CO_2暗固定有关的酶活性很低或几乎没有活性。PEP羧激酸在海带体内的纵向分布规律是,叶片的基部酶活性最高,越靠近叶片顶端,酶活性越低;海带幼苗期的酶活性最高,越接近成熟,酶活性越低;NaCl会使酶活性提高;绿光或蓝光下的酶活性比红光下相对要高;低温下的酶活性比高温下的要高。
Activity of PEPck in L. japonica has been studied. The results of the study show that the enzyme activity varies with longitudinal thallus profile, developmental stages and different enviromental conditions. The activity is higher in basal part than in top part of lami-naria plants. It is higher in the young fronds than in the old ones. The activity is higher under blue or green light than red one and suitable temperature range is 1-7℃. The activity is also stimulated by sodium chloride.This paper discussed the meaning of the change regularities of the enzyme, and revealed the ecological significance of this enzyme for L. japonica.
