This paper Presents an expert system of dispatching of power network ESDPON. We can regard the organization of dispatching program of power network as a planning problem. Because of the topology, especially the network operation is hierarchical, the control strategy of inference engine is planned hierarchically. Correspondently, the knowledge base is constructed hierarchically and includes three types of rule.
