摘要
采用裂区试验方法。结果表明:喷洒后7d,株高GA3处理极显著高于NAA处理(P<0.01)。100mg.L-1GA315.10-3kg.m-2处理互作效应显著(P<0.05)。GA3处理使干物质中CP含量上升,CF含量下降。NAA处理则相反。GA3处理影响一、二茬草,NAA处理影响第一茬草。100mg.L-1GA3、15.10-3kg.m-2处理组合显著提高DM产量(P<0.05)。
The results show that after spraying 7 days, the effects on individual height were more significant than that of NAA (P<0.01). 100mg. L-1 GA3 and 15.10-3kg. m2 treated took cooperative effects significantly (P<0.05). Sudangrass treated with GA, has an increase in crude protein (CP), but a decrease in crude fiber (CF) and that treated with NAA is to the contrary. GA3 mainly influenced the yield of DM and CP of grass at the lst and 2nd cutting time while NAA at the lst. The effect of 100mg. L-1 GA3 and 15. 10-3kg. m-2 significantly increased DM yield (P<0.05).
