高精度力传感器对计量,工业控制具有重要意义。本文介绍了电阻应变式力传感器的设计、计算、工艺及测试,并介绍了几种不同精度和结构的传感器,其精度可达0.03％F.S,0.1％F.S,0.2％F.S。
The high-accuracy force transducer is very important for measurement arid industrial control.
