摘要
以图像处理技术为基础 ,探讨了深度获取的基本方法 ,选取原煤仓煤位作为监测对象 ,提出用辅助光源法来实现煤仓煤位信息的监测 ,给出了辅助光源法获取深度信息的算法公式。通过理论分析和计算 ,结果表明所识别的煤位高度信息可为输煤程控系统提供关键的控制依据 ,为电厂运行提供一种可直观显示、具有智能判断特性的煤位测量方法。
Based on the theory of image processing,the paper discusses the method for the depth detection of coal level.The coal bunker is selected as a detected object and an assistant\|light source method is used to realize the coal levd detection.The formula used for the coal depth detection is given.Based on the theoretical analyses and calculation,it is proved that the coal level provides a critical control foundation for the coal transportation programming control system.The method provides a direct display for the power plant operation and is an artificial intelligent method for the coal levd measurement.
