摘要
我院自1962年至1988年共施行甲状腺手术1282例,共发生并发症39例次,发生率为3％。其中甲状腺危象、喉返神经损伤、甲状旁腺功能低下、术后复发等常见并发症均较国内国外报道为抵。本文就并发症的发生原因及防治措施加以讨论。
From 1962 to 1988, 1282 thyr-oidectomies were performed in our hospital and the complications of them occurred in 39 cases (3%) . A comparison of our group with those in some domestic and foreign reports showed that the incidence of thyroid crisis,injury to la-ryngeal recurrent nerves, hypopa-rathyroidism and the postoperative recurring in our group was lower, this article also discusssed the ca- uses and the managemsnts of prevention and treatment for these complications.
