摘要
本文根据当前农业生产上大面积推广的杂交水稻不育系存在的质源单一、柱头外露率低等问题,从1984年开始,在引进[29615×(汕 B×IR26))B_2F_0成对材料的基础上,进行了连续七代成对回交、选育试验,结果培育出一个新的长柱头不育系——海 A,经大量镜检证明,海 A 的花粉典败,不育特性稳定,不育度和不育率均达100%。海 A 的生育期适中,植株形态和经济性状较为优异。开花习性良好,柱头外露率高,利于繁、制种夺高产。
The hybrid rice strile line that is being widely introduced in agricul- tural prodution of our country has dishdvantages of coll cytoplasm resou- rces being sole and stigma resealing rate being low.So,started from 1984,with the imported (29615×(SanB×IR26)B_2F_0,we conducted conse- cutive 7 generations of selection and backcross and obtained a new long stigma sterile line—HaiA.The research show sthat the pollen of HaiA is sterile.Its sterility is stable,Its rate and degree of slerility both reach 100%.Its growing period being modererate,its plant fromation and economic properties comparatively better.Its flowering habit being ve- ry good.Its stigma revealing rate being high.It has greut advantages in seed procreation and production.
