摘要
本文针对采用惯量电模拟技术的汽车同步器试验系统研制,研究了汽车台架试验系统中机械惯量电模拟方法及其技术上的特点,并通过探讨同步器试验系统设计中实施的关键技术与解决办法,对采用复合控制方法构建控制系统进行了分析。在此基础上,阐述了汽车同步器试验系统的构成与控制方案的实现及系统成功投入实际运行后的试验结果。
In this paper, the method of electric simulation for mechanical inertia and its technical feature are studied for applying it to the development of synchronizer testing control system. By introducing key technology and solving methods in designing this control system, the development and realization of control system using combined control method are analyzed. On the basis of this, system constitution and control scheme, as well as testing results of the system in actual operation are presented.
