摘要
目的 了解《朋友通信》项目———一个对男男性接触者进行艾滋病干预的项目的效果。 方法 青岛大学医学院附属医院定期编辑出版内部刊物《朋友通信》 ,在全国的男男性接触者间传播。二年后 ,对读者进行问卷调查。结果 约 7万名男男性接触者读过本刊物 ,其中 1 / 4曾将其给异性朋友看。后者中过半数从此变得对男男性接触者更为友善。大部分读者认为本刊物有助于改善他们的生活质量 ,使他们更关心艾滋病问题 ,改变风险行为和对婚姻的态度 ,减少性伴数 ,并增强信心。 结论 《朋友通信》项目提供了一个新的有效的对男男性接触者进行艾滋病干预的模式 ,此模式与发达国家的模式不同 。
Objective To understand the effectiveness of “Friend Communication” program ——an AIDS intervention program for men who have sex with men (MSM) Methods “Friend Communication”, a restricted publication compiled and published by the Sexual Health Center, Hospital Affiliated to Tsingtao University Medical College is circulated mainly among MSM in China Two years after the implementation of this program, a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate its effectiveness Results About 70 thousand MSM have obtained information from the “Friend Communication” 1/4 of them have shown this publication to heterosexuals 50% of which have become friendlier to MSM Most of the readers thought that “Friend Communication” helped promote their life quality, concern themselves about AIDS, change their risk behaviors and change their attitudes towards marriage, decrease the number of sex partners, and strengthen their confidence Conclusion This program has provided a new effective model of AIDS intervention for MSM that is different from the models in developed countries and has not be seen in developing countries
