摘要
目的 探讨脑AVM的MRI和MRA的诊断价值。方法 使用美国GE Vectra Ⅱ0.5TMR机,对21例患者分别行常规MRI和3维PC法MRA检查。结果 运用MRA成像及图像旋转,21例均能明确显示畸形血管团和引流静脉,但供血动脉的显示仅20例(占95.2％);MRI显示血肿12例,伴有脑软化、萎缩4例。结论 MRA能直观显示AVM的异常血管,而MRI对发现AVM和诊断并发症意义重大。
Purpose To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI and MRA in brain AVM. Methods 21 cases suspected of brain AVM were examed with MRI and 3D - PC MRA on a 0.5T MR scanner(GE, Vectra II ). Results With MRA and its rotated images, the nidi and draining veins of AVM were clearly showed in all cases, and the feeding arteries were only showed in 20 cases (95.2%); while hematoma were showed in 12 cases, encephalomalacia and brain atrophy were discovered in 4 cases with MRI. Conclusion MRA can display intuitionisticly the abnormal vessels, and MRI is an importan role in the diagnosis of complications in AVM.
