摘要
建立健全信息系统可以增强企业竞争力。企业要保持长期竞争优势 ,除了在技术上领先外 ,还需改变企业战略 ,建立正确的信息系统结构 ,并加强管理和控制 ,建立信息系统管理制度 ,管理操作环境 ,求得最大工作效率。
A complete information system will improve the competitive power of an enterprise. So, to have a sustainable competitive power,in addition to keeping ahead in technology, the enterprises should change the development strategy, establish a correct information system and enhance its administration,build a set of managerial institutions, and better the environment of information management in order to gain the max efficiency.
