摘要
未来几年 ,国有企业中释放的大量富余劳动力 ,农业部门1 3亿~1 5亿的过剩劳动力与新增劳动力 ,将构成我国巨大的劳动力供给资源 ;而随着经济增长方式的转变 ,劳动力的需求不论在总量上还是在结构上与供给都存在矛盾。因此 ,选择适合中国国情的就业战略已是当务之急。可以通过发展比较优势产业、适当的城市化战略及就业替代战略 ,解决我国未来的劳动力就业问题。
In the coming years, State-owned Enterprises (SOEs) will release large amount of surplus labor There will be a large labor supply resource with about 13 to 15 billion surplus agriculture labor and newly increased labor in our country But along with the transformation of economic growth mode, the demand and supply of labor have many contradictions either in aggregate sense or in structural sense Therefore, to choose an employment strategy that is suitable to present China's conditions is a very urgent task We can solve the employment problems by the development of the comparison advantage industry, urbanization strategy, and employment substitute strategy
