By using the Monte Carlo method to numerical simulate multiple scattering from inhomogeneous vegetation canopy embedded by an artificial target, spatial variation of scattering observed by the movng scatterometer is simulated.The results are compared with experimental measurements of a system of the scatterometer-radiometer.
