摘要
本文针对射频连接器的接触件常出现的接触失效问题,提出了在结构设计或可靠性增长试验中,采用加固法、校准法、平衡法、涂敷润滑剂法和优选法等项措施,提高产品的固有可靠性,从而达到提高使用可靠性的目的。
Concerning the contact failure problems occured in contacts of RF connector, this paper presents such measures as strengthening, calibration, balance, Lubrication and optimization in construction design or reliability growth test, to raise intrinsic reliability of product, so as to enhance its operating reliability.
