摘要
他巴唑为一口服抗甲亢药,经胃肠吸收后主要在肝脏代谢,且有较大的副作用。作者设想将其制成透皮吸收制剂,以其减少用药量和副作用。经实验证明,本药可透过离体兔皮,透过药物的量与时间和纯药浓度有关。Azone 可促进其透皮吸收.本实验采用UV 法测定他巴唑的药物浓度。
Animal experment have indicated that th-iamazole does penetrale the separate skin froma living rabbit and the absorption quantity isrelated to time and drug conecntration.Azonemay promote skin absorption.The concentra-tion of thiamazole in this study was determ-ined with UV method.
