摘要
Azido 6 deoxy curdlan(ADC) was synthesized by a direct regioselective reaction of curdlan with triphenylphosphine, carbon tetrabromide and sodium azide(NaN 3) in DMF at room temperature. The structure of ADC was determined by 13 C NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
