Extraction of Flavones from Ginkgo Leaves

摘要 The Ginkgo flavones were extracted from water leaching liquor of the Ginkgo leaves. Theleaching conditions, extractant, extraction time, temperature, pH of the extraction solution andphase separation have been investigated. The optimum extraction conditions are: 60 ℃, 30 min.pH=3~4 and with ethylbutyl ketone as extractant. The Ginkgo flavones were extracted from water leaching liquor of the Ginkgo leaves.
