摘要
标题配合物在水溶液中合成 ,缓慢挥发水溶液 ( p H=4~ 5)得到其针状单晶 .研究了配合物的热分析与红外光谱 ,测定了配合物的晶体结构 .结果表明 ,晶体属正交晶系 ,空间群 P2 12 12 1,晶胞参数为 :a=1 .1 960 ( 2 ) nm,b=3 .0 789( 6) nm,c=0 .4 7652 ( 1 0 ) nm.V=1 .7547( 1 6) nm3 ,Z=4 ,Dc=1 .987g/cm3 .晶体是一维链状配合物 .相邻 Gd3 + 离子通过 2个简单羧基桥和 1个μ2 羧基桥联结起来 ,还有 2个水分子配位于每个 Gd3 + 离子 ,所以 Gd3 + 的配位数为 9,形成变形的单帽四方反棱柱体 .该配位多面体是摩尔比为 1∶ 3的稀土甘氨酸配合物中报道的第 1个例子 .
The title complex was synthesized in an aqueous solution (pH=4~5). Its single crystal was obtained by slow evaporation and characterized by IR, XRD and thermal analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic with a space group P2 12 12 1: a =1 1 960(2) nm, b =3 0 789(6) nm, c =0 47 652(10) nm, Z =4, D c=1 987 g/cm 3. The crystal is a one dimentional chain complex. The neighboring two Gd 3+ ions are connected by two simple bridged carboxyl groups and a μ 2 bridging carboxyl group. Each Gd 3+ ion is simuetaneosly coordinated by two water molecules. So the coordination number of Gd 3+ is nine, forming a coordination polyhedron of distorted mono capped square antiprism. The coordination polyhedron is the first reported example for rare earth glycine ( 1∶3 ) complexes. The bond enthalpies of coordination bonds were gained for the title complex.
