摘要
苯并三唑N-取代基衍生物Ⅰ和Ⅱ是一类重要的杂环化合物,苯并三唑的N—H受吸电子基团—N=N—的影响,呈现较弱的酸性(pK_a=8.2)。苯并三唑在强碱作用下生成负离子,然后与烷基化剂反应。
Effects of polyethylene glycols, quaternary ammonium salt and acyclic polyether amine on the yields of N-alkylation of benzotriazolc in liquid-liquid phases were examined. Selecting better a-cyclic polyether aminc as phase transfer catalyst, alkylhalids as alkylating agents, we have synthesized seven N-alkyl benzotriazoles. The results show that acyclic polyether amine is good liquid-liquid phase transfer catalyst and the yields of the N-alkylated products are high.
