摘要
本研究证明了老年人红细胞免疫功能明显降低,补体介导的免疫复合物溶解能力下降;服用黄芪之后,上述指标获明显改善,与用药前相比,均有显著差异(P<0.001),说明黄芪对老年人的免疫功能低下具有良好的调节作用。
The immune function of red blood cell in elderly subjects was markedly lower than that of control group and the level of complet-mediated immune eomplexsolubilizing capacity(CMSC or complex-releasing activity, CRA) reduced. After treatment with AMB the immune function was significantly improved. The results provided the evidence that AMB may play a regulatory role on immunological function in elderly subjects.
