摘要
本文利用正交实验设计,观察硒与维生素E对大鼠体内抗氧化能力的影响。实验结果表明,补充VE可显著提高大鼠血及组织中的VE含量,极明显地降低心、肝及血的脂质过氧化物(TBA)值,提高肝脏的硒含量。补充硒则可显著升高体内的GSH-Px活性,其中对肝脏GSH-Px活性的影响尤为明显,补硒还可增高心及血中的VE含量,降低肝及血中的TBA值。但补充硒及VE对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性都无显著影响。就降低TBA值能力而言,补VE的效果明显优于补硒。
The effect of selenium and vitamin E on antioxidative ability in rat tissues was reported by orthogonal test . The results showed that the VE contents in blood and tissues and selenium content in the liver of rats signiticantly increased and lipoperoxides of the heart, the liver and blood were decreased markedly by adding VE to diet. Selenium treatment was accompanied by increased glutathione peroxidase activities and VE contents in blood and the heart of rats, whereas lipoperoxides were decreased in the liver and blood of rats by selenium treatment . Superoxide dismutase activities in the tissues were not influenced by VE and selenium treatment . As for decreasing lipoperoxides, VE treatment was better than selenium treatment.
