摘要 建议采用高新技术,使城市轨道交通的线路高架化、土建结构小型化,并使其运送能力和服务水平与地下铁道相当,其噪声、景观等均能基本符合市区的环境质量要求;同时建议车辆等机电设备应国产化。这样,可大幅度降低工程造价,缩短工期。以地铁2号线为例,经初步计算,高架化、小型化后的静态平均造价为3.65亿元/km,动态总投资仅需133亿元,比原地铁方案节省投资55%(如车辆等实现国产化,投资还可进一步降低);建设期可缩至3~4年,比原地铁方案缩短7~8年。 Overheadization and miniaturization of the urban rail transit with home-made carriages and equipments by means of advanced technology will greatly reduce the cost and shorten the construction periods while the convey capacity and the service level are equivalent to those of the underground, and noise pollution and landscape basically accord with the environmental demands. For example, the static cost of the miniaturiced overhead Underground No. 2 is at preliminary estimates 365 million yuan/km, and the dynamic investment is about 1330000 million yuan; this will save 55% of the investment as compared with the original design; the investment could be further reduced should home-made carriages, etc. be used and the construction period could be shortened 3-4 years as compared with the original plan 7-8 years.
