铸造焦与冶金焦对铁水渗碳过程的热力学与动力学研究

摘要 铸造焦含固定炭89%,冶金焦含固定炭84%,二者差5%.而对冲天炉熔炼铁水.前者渗碳24%,后者12%,相差一倍.目前理论认为渗碳是溶解过程,很难解释.本文通过试验得出:渗碳开始是溶解过程,以后形成灰,覆盖焦的表面,渗碳则与灰的性质有关.铸造焦灰中 Fe_2O_3少,K_2O,Na_2O 高.灰轻,溶点低,与焦结合力弱易脱落,是渗碳多的主要原因.同时进行了热力学与动力学计算与分析. The carbon content of casting coke is 89 percent,and that of the furnace coke is 84 percent.The difference is 5 percent.In terms of the carburization rate of hot iron in the copula,casting coke is 24 percent, while the latter is 12 percent,and only half of the former.This can't conform with the present theory which holds that the process of the carburization is that of the fusion.After series of experiments,the author concludes that the beginning of carburizatioa is the process of fusion,then the ashes are formed and cover the surface of the coke.Caburization is connected wich the propertiee of the ashes.The ashes in the casting coke contain little ironoxide,maks a low fuse point and weak cohesion to the coke.These characteristics make it easy to peel off. Meanwhile.the analysis and calculation concerned have been done in energetics and heating power thermodynamics.
