摘要
从理论上分析点接触 ZK 型蜗杆副的各项安装误差,对其接触区的影响以及各项安装误差对接触区的综合影响,证实:点接触蜗杆副可降低接触区对安装误差的敏感性.并讨论各项安装误差对接触区综合影响的"叠加效应"和"互补效应",分析这两种效应所具有的特点及应用的可能性.
In this paper the influence of each mounting error on the contact region of the point contact ZK worm gear pair is studied seperately.And the compos- ite influence of all the errors on the contact region is studied,too.It is verifi- ed that the susceptibility to the influence of the errors is lowered.In thee paper the'additive effect'and'complementary effect'of the errors upon thy contact region are discussed as well,and their Character and the possibilit of their use analysed.
