摘要
对齿轮式百分表综合误差提出了一种谐波分析法,在一次测试过程中确定百分表示值误差的大小,并经数据处理,以确定周期误差各次谐波的基本分量.根据所得误差的基本分量,可以对百分表的生产和组装工艺进行改进,有效、迅速地提高制造与组装精度.本方法若配以百分表定点示值误差采集装置,并用微机作数据处理,即可研制出先进、高效的百分表精度检测仪.
Thc harmonic analysis of composite error of the gear-type percentage indicator is pres- ented in this paper.In this way,the indicated error of the indicator may be determined by one test,also,the basic components of periodic error in differcnt harmonic orders can be de- termined in the same procedure. An improvement on production process and assembly technology according to the basic error components will increase the manufacturing and the assembly accuracy of the indicator effectively.Providing a fixed-point indicate error collector and a computer to process the da- ta using this method,an advanced and effcient percentage dial indicator accuracy checker may be developed.
