摘要
分析了面对西部大开发历史机遇 ,新疆经济发展的有利条件和不利因素 ,并提出了相应的以市场为导向的优势资源转换战略、科教兴新和可持续发展战略的战略选择。
Based on the macro economic background of the great development of Western China, the favorable and unfavorable conditions and factors for the economy of Xinjiang is analyzed in the paper. According the conditions of Xinjiang, the economic development strategy of Xinjiang should adopt the market oriented advantageous resource transferring strategy, science and technology promoting strategy and sustainable developing strategy.
