摘要
通过对新疆水资源开发利用有关的重大生态环境问题以及农用水资源开发利用中存在的问题的分析 ,对绿洲生态农业在新疆的发展提出了具可行性的对策和建议。
The volume of water resources of Xinjiang is about 857×10 8m 3, which consists of 794×10 8m 3 of surface water resources and 63×10 8m 3 of ground water resources. But at the present time, the amount of available and unrepeated water resources involving the requirement of environment, which can be controlled and used by various means, is about 680×10 8m 3 upon condition that it is reasonable in economy and feasible for technique and allowed by environment to develop water resources. The problems of ecology environment and the primary problems caused by utilizing water resources in agricultural development are all analyzed and the suggestions for utilizing water resources rationally and developing ecotype agriculture of Xinjiang are put forward in this article.
