摘要
用微型机处理图象,通常由于需要存储整幅图象信息或采用窗口技术,使得微型机的容量、体积和成本增加,因而限制了它在粒子图象测量中的应用.本文给出了一种实用的单板机粒子图象测量系统.并着重阐述了其算法和软件编程.由于该系统在硬件上采用并行比较式高速 A/D 转换器和高速缓冲寄存器,软件上采用边采样边处理的方式,解决了微型机速度与容量的矛盾,因而成功地用单板机代替了通用的微型机系统,大大降低了成本,加快了处理速度,而且具有结构简单、易于推广等优点.
Using a microcomputer for the process of image,a large video memory is required to store entire frame image information or use'window'technique.By reason of cost and vol- ume,application of microcomputer system in particle image measurement is precluded.This paper presents a single board computer measurement particle image with high performance and low cost.The image input is implemented by the TV camera.(resolution:256×512×4 bit).The image processing is performed only by single board computer with 4K RAM and 6K byte program.The number of particles,equivalent diameter and distributions of particle sizes are printed by an ultra-micro printer.In hardware using parallel comparater-type A/D converter and high-speed buffer register,in software using both sampling and pro- ccssing,the problem of low speed and small capacity is solved.So the advantages of the system are low cost,high processing speed,simple architecture and easy application.
