摘要
分析了用酚酞试剂检测碱性电池密封性能产生错误结果的原因。实验结果表明 :在环境湿度较高的条件下 ,碱性电池密封处的水膜就会被电解 ,产生错误的可能性就会大大增加。为了提高酚酞溶液检测碱性电池密封性能的可靠性 ,就必须减少配制酚酞试剂酒精中的含水量 。
The causes of producing error results were analyzed at detecting alkaline cell seal characteristics,using phenolphthalein solution. The results of experiment indicated that condition of environment humidity were higher,water was electrolysed on the sealing position,the possible of producing error results could increase.In order to increase reliability using phenolphthalein solution to detect alkaline cell sealing characteristics,the water in the alcohol was decreased, environment humidity were requisite.
