摘要
合肥发电厂 8号汽轮机为上海汽轮机厂生产的A151型超高压、中间再热式汽轮机 ,1992年8月投产。 1997年 7月在第二次大修中引进了美国布莱登可调式汽封 ,对其高、中压汽封及叶顶汽封进行改造。经过运行实践证明 :可调式汽封有效地防止了汽轮机开机过程中可能产生的动静摩擦 ,避免了由此产生的大轴弯曲 ,提高了汽轮机的热效率 ,降低了煤耗。
Unit No.8 of Zhunyi power plant is a superpressure reheat turbine(A151) manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Works,which was commissioned in August 1992.Its h.p.and m.p.sealing glands and blade tip sealing were modified with an American adjustable sealing.It has been approved by operation that.with this kind of American sealing,the friction between moving and stationary parts of turbine during start-up can be prevented,thus avoiding shaft bending and improving trubine effciency.
