摘要
基于失效分析和可靠性预测 ,应用系统状态部件对国产大容量机组典型电液并存型调节系统可靠性进行分析 ,给出了机组处于各种状态概率的计算式 ;用马尔柯夫状态转移法对液压调节系统的常见故障模式进行了讨论 ,给出了可靠性指标的计算式。
Combined with four stage load rejection test completed in Zhuhai power plant on unit No 1 of 2×700 MW units,the designed charaterisitics of over speed controller(OPC) of this unit has been analyzed,discussing the requiments for designing the circuits of over speed protection.The result of load rejection test of this unit shows,despite the designed OPC has a number of electronic circuits,but the compensation for power non-equilibrium has been introduced into the speed-controlling circuit,enabling not only the governor valve has fast-closing function,but also the OPC has good adaptability to load reject cases at different loads.
