摘要
文章采用 PL C和变频器实现电梯常规控制的基础上 ,利用旋转编码器发出的脉冲信号构成位置反馈 ,实现电梯的精确位移控制。通过 PL C程序设计实现楼层计数、换速信号、门区和平层信号的数字控制 ,取代井道位置检测装置 。
On thebasisofspeed control with PLC and transducer,this paper forms a positionfeedbackma king use of pulse signal gained from the rotary coder and realizes the accurate displacement control of elevator. A numeric control of counting floor, converting speed, arriving at door area and leveling with floor is achieved. The method replaces the using of detective devices in the chunnel of well and enhances the reliability and accuracy of the system.
